Cause of low number of some fruits


July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Deputy director of the Institute of Geography of the National Academy of Sciences Magerram Hasanov noted that the first cause of low fruit productivity this year is the high air temperature in February, early March and premature flowering of trees.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to news agency Trend that low harvesting is observed on apricot, cherry, plum, and apple trees.

According to Hasanov, another cause is that the above-said fruit are poorly supplied with water.

Speaking about the next fruits of the season, Hasanov added that fig trees are not very water-loving plants, so it is not so important to water them. In this regard, you can not expect that the productivity of fig trees will be low. But if there is a lack of water after that, if the grapes are not watered on time, it will lead to low productivity.
