Monetary base in Azerbaijan reduced by 7.4%

July 2, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has published data on the monetary base.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that the volume of monetary base totaled AZN 11.25 bn as of 30 June 2020 that is by AZN 330.6 million or 3% more than on 1 June of this year.

Compared with early 2020, the monetary base decreased by AZN 900.7 million or 7.4%, and over the past part of the year grew by AZN 874.9 million or 8.4%.
