Göyəzən OJSC chairman of board body to be dismissed

July 2, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Göyəzən OJSC will be held.

ABC.AZ informs that on agenda are the matters of presentation of Göyəzən’s report at the general meeting concerning company's activities, resignation of the current chairman of board and election of the new one. The meeting will take place at 10:30 am.
