July 3, Fineko/abc.az. A meeting has been held with the participation of senior representatives of the Central Bank, the State Tax Service and member banks of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA), as well as members of the Expert Group on Risk Management.

ABC.AZ was informed at ABA that the draft procedure for "withdrawal of funds related to the creation of special reserve funds for tax purposes" has been discussed with representatives of the State Tax Service, as well as expert group members’ systematic proposals collected by banks.

The proposals submitted by ABA were brought to the attention of the State Tax Service, and additions and amendments were discussed in accordance with the rules.

As a result of the discussions, the final version of the draft rule was prepared and submitted to the banks.
