Banks Association held a meeting devoted to closed banks

July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) held an online meeting of the members of the expert group consisting of chairman Gorkhmaz Agayev and bank heads.

ABC.AZ was informed at ABA that the meeting participants discussed the reasons and measures to be taken to prevent such cases, as well as questions of interest to banks in the relevant field, the representation of the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, issues related to the application of force majeure in legislation, as well as the organization of the exchange of certain information in the E-Court information system on the basis of a survey.
