ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbul oglu in an interview for radio station Moscow Speaks (Govorit Moskva).

"Yesterday, Azerbaijan suffered another victim. We don't hide them. The issue needs to be resolved. We’re ready to solve it peacefully. But we’re ready for negotiations not for the sake of negotiations, but for concrete substantive negotiations that can move the question from the dead end. While the matter has not been resolved, such things can happen,” he underlined.
