Has Azerbaijani economy shrunk or grown? - Result for 1st half-year

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has published data on GDP produced in the 1st half of this year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that for the reported term country’s nominal GDP reached AZN 33.8 bn for Jan-Jun 2020 (by 2.7% less versus Jan-Jun 2019).

The share of the non-oil and gas sector in the 6-month GDP was AZN 23.043 bn (by 2.5% less than a year ago).
