Oil cheapens after rise the day before, and Brent is traded at $43.48 a barrel

July 16, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil do standard grades decline in Thursday’s trading after growth more than by 2% the day before.

By 9:30 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for September fell in price by $0.31 (0.71%) to $43.48 per barrel. At the end of trading on 15 July the Brent futures for September increased in price by $0.89 (2.1%) to $43.79 per barrel.

By 9:30 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for August fell in price by $0.40 (0.97%) to $40.80 per barrel. At the end of trading on 15 July the WTI contracts for August rose by $0.91 (2.3%) to $41.20 per barrel.
