July 20, Fineko/abc.az. In connection with the amendments to the Law on Social Insurance, the Electronic Tax Department of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy is currently making appropriate amendments to the Declaration on Tax, Mandatory State Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance & Mandatory Medical Insurance of individuals engaged in business without creating a legal entity.

ABC.AZ reports that this is said in the statement of the State Tax Service, distributed in connection with the problem in tax reports.

In particular, it was noted that the Tax Service will resolve this process as soon as possible and inform taxpayers that financial sanctions will not be applied against taxpayers who cannot submit reports on the last date.
