Attention to those who want to buy apartments – these apartments have become cheaper in Baku

July 22, Fineko/abc.az. During the month the secondary housing market in Baku recorded a slight increase in prices, while the primary housing market recorded a decrease.

ABC.AZ reports with reference news agency Trend that general director of consulting company MBA Group and real estate expert Nusret Ibragimov noted that in June the average price per sq m of housing in the secondary housing market increased from 1,702 manat up to 1,708 manat (an increase of 0.35%).

For the year the growth made up 7.29%.

Ibragimov stressed that the average price per sq m of primary housing has decreased from 1,425 to 1,370 manats.

He noted that for the month there was a decrease of 3.86%, and for the year - an increase of 3.71%.
