Owner of a Sheki cafe operating without permission fined

July 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Sheki District Police Department received information that a tea & café shop located on Bagbanlar Street in the city of Sheki is acting contrary to the special quarantine regime rules.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs that when examining the address, it turned out that Vugar Bekirov, the owner of the facility, accepts clients, violating the rules of quarantine.

A protocol has been drawn up for tenants and clients who have violated special quarantine rules under Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

Bekirov, the owner of the tea shop, has been warned.
