Funds for socially oriented expenditures increased – over AZN 1 bn

July 23, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 6 months of this year 42.5% of the State Budget expenditures or AZN 4.984 bn were allocated to finance socially oriented expenditures (the salary fund, scholarships and social benefits, expenses for medicines and foods).

ABC.AZ informs that the above-said statement was made by Vusal Gasimli, the executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications, commenting on Finance Ministry’s statement about State Budget implementation for Jan-jun 2020.

He noted that this amount is 26.1% or AZN 1.3 bn more against the 2019 same term.
