In the course of research on disability appointments that raise doubts in the documents of illness, it was found that another 2,600 disability appointments were made on the basis of unjustified assignments made with fake medical documents that do not reflect the reality of the appointment.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that canceled disability appointments and suspended payments for certain types of social security.

As a result, state funds were saved in the amount of AZN 9.5 million per year, 225 million manats in total expected expenditures.

In general, as a result of research conducted over the past two years, 6,300 disability appointments were made on the basis of unsubstantiated requests and canceled. As a result, AZN 29 million were saved annually, and AZN 735 million were spent on expected expenses.
