August 4, Fineko/abc.az. With taking into account the dynamics of Covid-19 infection, access to cities and districts where a special quarantine regime has been introduced until 31 August 2020 at 00:00 is prohibited. And the Ministry of Internal Affairs will control the bans.

ABC.AZ reports that MIA press service’s head Ehsan Zahidov said that employees of institutions, whose activities are allowed, will be able to travel from one district to another with a permit:

“This is possible with travel documents and other documents. But an employee of any organization will not be able to leave the city and district on an official ID. More detailed information will be provided after the investigation."
