Azerbaijan`s Oil Fund sold $4.5 bn for Jan-Jul 2020

August 4, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan has unveiled the data on the foreign currency sold for the past months of 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to SOFAZ that for Jan-Jul the Fund sold foreign currency in the amount of $4.525 bn.

For comparison, the figure is by 47% more versus the same term of 2019. In July alone SOFAZ’s currency sales totaled $515.5 million (by 18.5% more versus July 2019).

Over Jan-Jul 2019 the Fund made sales of $3.78 bn.
