Oil price is forecast at $35 - Minister`s announcement

August 5, Fineko/abc.az. At Milli Majlis’ plenary session Finance Minister Samir Sharifov noted that over the past 6 months the State Budget revenues amounted to AZN 338.2 million.

ABC.AZ reports that the minister noted that if to consider this period, it is seen that there is a decrease in GDP.

According to the minister, it is expected that the decline in GDP will not exceed 5%: "The decline in our revenue is also affected by oil prices. The average oil price is projected to be $35 over the next six months. Excess demand on the world market was prevented, which created conditions for partial stabilization of oil prices."
