Baku public catering turnover has sharply decreased

August 6, Fineko/abc.az. A 7-month turnover of public catering centers in Baku has been announced.

ABC.AZ with reference to the Baku City Statistics Department informs that for Jan-Jun 2020 the turnover of public catering in Baku amounted to AZN 238.6 million.

This means a decrease of 50.6% compared with the relevant term of 2019.

Over this period 63.9% of the turnover of public catering in the private sector accounted for enterprises with the status of legal entities and 36.1% for individual entrepreneurs engaged in business activities in this sphere.

The turnover of legal entities declined by 28.1% (versus the same term of 2019) to AZN 153.7 million.
