August 7, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) has put up for sale the next apartments in Govsan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to MIDA that a total of 502 apartments are for sale: 79 one-room, 377 two-room and 46 three-room apartments. The cost of apartments starts from AZN 32,130 for a one-room apartment, AZN 43,100 for a two-room apartment, and AZN 57,120 for a three-room apartment.

These are prices for buying on credit. You can also buy an apartment in cash. At the same time, a 10% discount is provided.
When buying in cash, a one-room apartment is sold for AZN 28,917, a two-room apartment for AZN 38,709, and three-room apartment for AZN 51,408.

Apartments can be sold for a period of 3-30 years at 4% per annum. The minimum down payment is 10% of the apartment price.

For example, for an initial payment of 10% of a one-room apartment for a period of 30 years at 4% per annum, the monthly fee is 138-143 manats, 185-253 manats for a two-room apartment, 245-268 manats for a three-room apartment.
