Appointment at Agriculture Ministry – department head assigned chief of staff

August 7, Fineko/abc.az. A new appointment has been carried out at the Ministry of Agriculture.

ABC.AZ reports that Rafayil Guliyev has been appointed chief of staff at the Ministry.

Before that, he served as the head of the MoA Department of Organization & Monitoring of Crop Production.
