Alexander Lukashenko wins the presidential election


August 10, Fineko/abc.az. Alexander Lukashenko has won the presidential election in Belarus with 80.23% of the vote.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to news agency Report that this was reported by the Central Election Commission of Belarus.

Presidential elections were held in Belarus last day. Mass peaceful protests began in several regions of the country. Several people were injured as a result of clashes with the police.

The main opponent of A. Lukashenko from the opposition, Svetlana Tikhanovski, urged the security forces not to use force against the people.
