An auction held on Central Bank’s short-term notes


August 12, Fineko/abc.az. An auction was conducted on 12 August at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for the placement of short-term notes of the Central Bank (CBA) with the state registration number 50100783S, in the amount of AZN 200 million, with circulation period of 28 days.

ABC.AZ was informed on the occasion at the BSE.

During the auction 21 orders were submitted to 14 investors with a price range of AZN 99.4782 (6.74%) and AZN 99.5158 (6.26%). The total amount of applications was AZN 629.353 million. According to the CBA's decision, the weighted average cut-off price and the weighted average price of the notes are set at the level of AZN 99.5158 (6.26%). As a result of the auction, the volume of notes placed amounted to AZN 200 million. The notes will be released on 9 September.
