Municipality chair fined 3,000 manats

August 14, Fineko/abc.az. A complaint received in connection with the accumulation of household waste and the spread of odors in the area of Gazakhlar village in Fizuli district was reviewed by the State Ecological Safety Service.

Service’s deputy head Bahruz Magomedov noted that during the inspection of the territory it was found out that the waste is not managed in accordance with the law, but is collected in piles and burned.

In fact, a protocol was drawn up against the chairman of the Gazakhlar municipality, Nuraddin Bayramov, who is responsible for waste management, and a fine of 3,000 manats was applied towards him.
