August 14, Fineko/abc.az. A kindergarten was reported functioning contrary to the quarantine rules in an apartment intended for living at address: 119, Lermontov Street, Sabail district of Baku, ABC.AZ was informed at the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Officers of Sabail District Police Department were sent to this address to conduct an inspection. During the inspection it turned out that Jahan Kerimova, who lives at this address, grossly violated the rules of quarantine and organized a kindergarten in the apartment. During the inspection of the apartment, 10 young children were identified and handed over to their parents.

A report was drawn up on the owner of the kindergarten under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offences, and a fine was applied.
