September 7, Fineko/abc.az. The amendments have been proposed to the Law on Benefits for Paying for the Education of Children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the proposed change to the Law on Education, according to the current law, education of such children at paid public educational institutions of all types, their education at the graduate level in a scientific organization, specified by relevant executive authorities, and at municipal & private higher, secondary special and professional educational institutions is funded from the State Budget.

The draft amendment document says that children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care will retain this right even when they are adopted.
