165,511 pupils to be enrolled for 1st grades in new school year

September 9, Fineko/abc.az. According to the forecast indicators for the beginning of school year 2020-2021, 1,574,206 pupils will study in general education institutions of Azerbaijan in the new school year.

ABC.AZ reports that out of the total number of pupils, 733,279 are girls and 840,927 are boys.

There are expected to be 165,511 pupils in the 1st grade of secondary schools, 132,734 ones in the 9th grade, and 85,044 in the 11-12th grades.
