Area where gardens are laid by intensive method – mainly in villages

September 9, Fineko/abc.az. New gardens have been intensively laid in Agdash lately.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Agdash District Statistics Department that new gardens were laid on the area of 29.2 hectares this year.

On 23.5 hectares (80.5%) of them - gardens grown intensively.

6.5 hectares of those gardens are occupied by apple trees, 6 hectares by plum trees, 6 hectares by cherry trees, the rest are persimmons and cherry plum trees. New gardens were planted mainly in the territory of villages Golgeti, Dahnahalil and Agjayazi.

Currently in Agdash the area of 3,060.5 hectares is occupied by garden plots.
