Oil prices fall amid data about growth of stocks in U.S., and Brent is at $40.76 a barrel

September 10, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are declining on Thursday amid the data from the American Petroleum Institute, which showed an increase in US reserves by 3 million barrels last week.

By 9:20 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for November fell in price by $0.03 (0.07%) to $40.76 per barrel. At the end of trading on 9 September the price of Brent crude oil rose by $1.01 (2.54%) up to $40.79 per barrel.

By 9:20 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for October fell by $0.10 (0.26%) to $37.95 per barrel. At the end of trading on 9 September the WTI crude oil grew in price by $1.29 (3.51%) up to $38.05 per barrel.
