September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The amendments are underway to Paragraph 4 of Article 75 (general rules for issuing a construction permit) of the Urban Planning & Construction Code.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the changes, the applicant must be notified of all shortcomings at the same time.

The applicant must provide full information within 10 days from the moment of its receiving.

In this case, the expiration of the period provided for the execution of the permit to the applicant is terminated.

The legal consequences of not ensuring the completeness of documents are explained to the applicant.

"The relevant executive authority (body) checks the completeness of the documents provided for in Article 75.3 of this Code within 3 working days from the date of submission of the application for construction and the construction project, and in respect of construction projects that do not require an expert examination, within 2 working days. In case of incomplete submission of documents, the relevant executive authority (institution) immediately informs the applicant of the actions necessary for their completion and sets a period of 10 days for this purpose. The legal consequences of insufficient completeness of documents are explained to the applicant."
