September 14, Fineko/abc.az. The government of Azerbaijan is preparing for benefits in the field of fines applied to entrepreneurs for certain violations.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that some fines against employers for violating the requirements of labor legislation are provided for conditionally.

The draft document prepared by the Ministry for amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences contains proposals in this regard. If the proposals are endorsed, the employer will be exempt from paying certain fines, eliminating the violations committed by him in the prescribed period related to the violation of labor legislation requirements.
