COVID-19 infection rate grows uncontrollably in Georgia – 196 new cases

September 16, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia has registered another sharp rise of coronavirus infection.

ABC.AZ reports that 196 new infection cases have been recorded across the country in the past 24 hours.

43 people recovered. Thus, to date, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in Georgia has reached 2,758.

Of them, 1,412 people fully recovered. A total of 19 people died from the virus. Currently, 6,633 people are quarantined in the country, and 836 people are under inpatient control.
