Imports and exports declined – what is foreign trade turnover?

September 16, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign trade turnover for Jan-Aug 2020 amounted to $13.78 bn, including the value of exports - $7.876 bn and the value of imports - $5.9 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, as a result, the positive balance of $1.976 bn was formed.

Compared with Jan-Jul 219, the foreign trade turnover decreased by 30.9%, in real terms by 22.5%, including imports by 43.4% and exports by 7.1%.
