Oil prices decline, and Brent is at $41.73 a barrel

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices are falling in Thursday’s trading after a steady rise following the previous trading results.

By 9:20 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for November fell in price by $0.49 (1.16%) to $41.73 per barrel. At the end of trading on 16 September the price of Brent crude oil rose by $1.69 (4.17%) up to $42.22 per barrel.

By 9:20 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for October fell by $0.52 (1.29%) to $39.64 per barrel. At the end of trading on 16 September the WTI crude oil increased in price by $1.88 (4.91%) to $40.16 per barrel.
