Bankrupt insurer asks creditors to send claims

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Standard Insurance, which is in the process of being liquidated, has applied to its creditors.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the law the claims from creditors of the insurance company will be accepted within 60 days.

By the ruling of the Baku Commercial Court #e-2-2(113)-1575/2020 on 29 July 2020, a decision was made to declare Standard Insurance as bankrupt. Based on this court decision from 17 August 2020, the composition of the insurer's liquidation commission was determined.
