Oil drops in price after last week’s rise, and Brent is at $43.03 a barrel

September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices are declining in Monday’s trading after a jump following the last week.

By 9:17 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for November decreaesd in price by $0.12 (0.28%) to $43.03 per barrel. At the end of trading on 18 September the price of Brent crude oil rose by $0.15 (0.35%) up to $43.15 per barrel.

By 9:20 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for October fell by $0.13 (0.32%) to $40.98 per barrel. At the end of trading on 18 September the WTI crude oil increased in price by $0.14 (0.34%) up to $41.11 per barrel.

Last week, the price of Brent crude oil grew by 8.3% and WTI by 10.1%.
