ASA: Lack of insurance education affects negatively process of training personnel in insurance sector

September 24, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the absence of separate faculties in all higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan that provide insurance training has a negative impact on the process of high-quality training of personnel in the insurance sector, ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA).

The restoration of activities of separate faculties related to insurance education from the next academic year can give an invaluable impetus to the development of the sector: "Despite all this, ASA together with the Central Bank of Azerbaijan is interested in implementing projects that stimulate the development of the insurance sector, ensure the smooth operation of insurers, as well as in conducting educational work in the local market. We’re confident that the projects planned for the next stage in this direction will make a positive contribution to attracting new and high-quality personnel to the insurance market."
