A new commission to consider shortcomings in Parliament`s administration

September 30, Fineko/abc.az. A supervisory commission has been established in the Parliament's Secretariat.

Now, once a week, a program about the activities of MPs will be broadcast on TV channel Public Television.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Milli Majlis speaker Sahiba Gafarova at today's session of the Azerbaijani parliament. She noted that the 45-minute program will be broadcast from 1 October.

Gafarova also noted that a commission on employment has also been set up for the first time in the parliament: “Employment contracts have been signed with employees working in auxiliary positions in the Parliamentary Affairs Department. At the same time, a commission has been established in the Milli Majlis Secretariat to monitor the implementation to investigate and identify shortcomings in the parliament's administration."
