Rate of the virus-infected in Georgia approaches 500 – Situation is critical

October 1, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia has again registered a record rise in the number of people infected with the virus.

ABC.AZ reports that 448 new infections have been detected in Georgia over the past 24 hours.

Of the patients receiving treatment for coronavirus, 299 people have recovered. Thus, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in the country has reached 6,640 persons.

Of them, 3,419 people fully recovered. A total of 40 people have died from the virus.
