Hikmet Hajiyev: This step of Armenia is a state terror

October 5, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia's intense rocket attacks on Ganja, Mingachevir, Barda, Terter and other large cities in Azerbaijan are state terror carried out by that country to kill civilians, ABC.AZ reports citing words of Hikmet Hajiyev, the head of the Foreign Policy Department at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, in his Twitter account.

"The political and military leadership of Armenia should be held accountable for this,” Hajiyev underlined.
