October 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has received a Turkish delegation led by Foreign Affairs Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.

ABC.AZ reports that welcoming the Turkish delegates, President Aliyev told Cavusoglu about the special significance of this visit.

The head of state noted that Cavusoglu's visit to Azerbaijan at a difficult time is of particular importance for his country: "This is a manifestation of open support for the fraternal country. The Azerbaijani people are deeply grateful to the brotherly Turkish people and their President for this support. My contacts with my dear brother, respected President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, his veracious and strong statements have shown the world that Azerbaijan is not alone."
