Ilham Aliyev told who gave the order to attack Ganja

October 12, Fineko/abc.az. The culprit of the attack on Ganja is the military-political leadership of Armenia.

ABC.AZ informs that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this in an interview for TV channel Haber Global.

“According to the information we have, this decision was made personally by Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan. His moral and psychological state is very tense, and he makes inadequate decisions," President Aliyev emphasized.
