Oil rises in price after falling the day before, and Brent is at $41.85 a barrel

October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices are growing on Tuesday after their decline in the previous trading.

By 9:25 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for December rose by $0.13 (0.31%) to $41.85 per barrel. At the end of trading on 12 October the price of Brent crude futures for December fell by $1.13 (2.64%) to $41.72 per barrel.

By 9:25 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for November rose in price by $0.11 (0.28%) up to $39.54 per barrel. At the end of trading on 12 October the November WTI futures decreased in price by $1.17 (2.88%) to $39.43.

According to Dow Jones, both contracts ended trading on Monday at the lowest level since 5 October.
