October 14, Fineko/abc.az. As of 13 October compensations of up to AZN 543 million were paid by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund to 23,148 depositors of closed banks — AG Bank, Amrah Bank, NBC Bank and Ata Bank.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the ADIF that in the period from 16 June to 13 October 2020 the International Bank of Azerbaijan paid more than AZN 194.77 million in compensation to depositors of AG Bank and NBC Bank.

Compensations for AZN 80.43 million were paid to 4,252 depositors of AG Bank and more than AZN 114.33 million to 3,994 depositors of NBC Bank.

From 1 June to 13 October Kapital Bank paid more than AZN 348.16 million to depositors of Amrah Bank and Ata Bank.

For the reporting period the amount of compensation paid to 5,615 depositors of Amrah Bank amounted to AZN 133.1 million manats and to 9,287 depositors of Ata Bank to AZN 215 million.
