ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev. He noted that missile attacks against Azerbaijan are carried out from the territory of Armenia.

"Armenia is trying to expand the geography of the conflict and involve third parties in the conflict. Azerbaijan does not target any military facilities on the territory of Armenia. On October 11, a SCUD-type ballistic missile was dropped on the locality of Ganja, the second largest city in Azerbaijan. The use of a SCUD-type missile with high destructive power against civilians outside the combat zone is the first case in the OSCE area. In general, this is one of the rare cases observed in recent military conflicts around the world," Hajiyev said.
