October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Hikmet Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, expressed his attitude towards attracting mercenaries to the Armenian army.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Hajiyev, Armenian officials openly call on foreign citizens to take part in military operations against Azerbaijan as mercenaries. Those individuals who participate in military operations in the occupied territories automatically become the legitimate target of the Azerbaijani army.

"Today, both on various Internet resources and in social networks, there are numerous reports about the participation of citizens of other countries in the armed forces of Armenia in the fighting in the occupied territories against Azerbaijan,” Hajiyev said.
