October 14, Fineko/abc.az. “This event has once again shown how great the people of Azerbaijan are. The people are ready to sacrifice their homes and property to liberate Karabakh. And that's all we live for. The deadline can't be very long, we've already waited 30 years. Has the patience of the Azerbaijani people already run out? We will put an end to this,” ABC.AZ reports citing President Ilham Aliyev as saying this in an interview for TV channel Haber Turk.

Then the head of state continued:

"At the current stage we should only move forward. We gave a chance to Armenia. We might not have agreed to this truce. Who could make us agree?! Nobody. We did this to prevent people from dying on both sides. I'm sorry for them, too. They are also being driven away."
