Hikmet Hajiyev explains reason why Armenia attacks civilians of Azerbaijan

October 15, Fineko/abc.az. Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev has shared a post on Twitter in which he reveals the reason for the shelling of Azerbaijani civilians by Armenians.

ABC.AZ reports that he explained this step by the enemy's intention to increase the number of civilian casualties.

Hajiyev noted that the number of wounded as a result of the brutal attack of the Armenian armed forces on the Terter cemetery has increased up to five people.

"Does the city cemetery have military significance? Of course not!" Hajiyev emphasized.
