Over 2,000 new jobs to be opened

October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Foundation has given loans to entrepreneurs in the total amount of up to AZN 145 million this year.

ABC.AZ reports that the average term of the guaranteed loans was 29 months, and the interest rate on loans paid by borrowers through subsidies was 6%.

Creation of more than 2,400 new jobs will be ensured through those loans designed for financing business projects.

The actual number of employees of the businesses exceeds 17,000 people.

The guaranteed loans were given mainly in the area of food production, agriculture, trade, production of machinery and equipment, as well as other industries.
