October 22, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has received Turkish Chief Ombudsman Seref Malkoc.

ABC.AZ reports that during the meeting the head of state spoke about the terrorist acts and war crimes committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan.

"I know that during the visit you will visit Ganja and see for yourself what a brutal enemy we are facing. They can't stand up to us on the battlefield, and in response to these defeats, they fire at the civilian population. Two dastardly attacks on Ganja are a war crime. The Armenian leadership will be held accountable for this crime. This is a premeditated crime. The target of the attacks was the civilian population. This once again shows the barbaric nature of Armenian fascism. This shows once again that by breaking the back of Armenian fascism, we are saving our region from a great disaster, a great tragedy," President Aliyev said.
