Ilham Aliyev explained in which case he can begin negotiations – Details

October 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the interview for Japan’s newspaper Nikkei President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the conditions under which he can start negotiations.

ABC.AZ informs that asked “if Armenia agrees to liberate five districts, are you ready to negotiate?” the head of state replied:

"Of course, we can talk about a time frame, and the basic principles had some thoughts about this. At what stage will the first part of the districts be released, and at what stage will the second part be released? So this can be discussed. But it is obvious that all the occupied territories must be returned.”
