Oil price falls, and Brent is at $42.33 a barrel

October 23, Fineko/abc.az. The benchmark oil prices are declining in Friday’s trading and may end the week in a small minus.

By 9:30 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for December fell by $0.13 (0.31%) to $42.33 per barrel. Following the trading on 22 October the price of Brent crude futures for December rose by $0.73 (1.75%) up to $42.46 per barrel.

By 9:30 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of WTI oil futures for December fell by $0.17 (0.42%) to $40.47 per barrel. At the end of trading on 22 October the December WTI futures rose in price by $0.61 (1.52%) up to $40.64.
